Very big and comfortable room and bathroom.

There are not enough English instructions. Everything is electric, and there is no explanation on how to use it.

Everything! Great facilities, great staff, large rooms with a big kitchen and amazing view.Parking available near the room which was very convenient:)

The facilites with all the necessary details to make you feel confortable. The nature around us and the meals served both at breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner with amizing views of Jeju at distance. If I would visit Jeju again I will select this hotel again for sure

Sometimes was a little difficult the communication in English with some members of the staff, but in general they were always focus on taking care to bring you a good experience, so definitely they made us to count on wonderful memories of our honey moon trip stay

Quiet, pretty, luxury resort in countryside, excellent rooms with outdoor onsens/baths, cinema projector in huge room, great art and sculptures around resort, fantastic helpful staff and great breakfast. Good outdoor pool and sauna too.

Can be difficult to get taxis from hotel on apps, but reception staff easily organised taxi whenever needed and only 10min wait for a taxi.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit.My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. We look forward to returning to Amber Hotel Resort in the future!

The resort is beautiful

1. The Family Hill Luna had no where to hang the clothes at all . Not even a rack in the main room.2. The buffet resturant is only on weekends the other working resturant and in room dinning had very limited options 3. We drank tea in the room the first night , the cups where never washed .4. We checked out at 7am , there was only 1 person at the front desk who came collected our luggage in the buggy and checked us out , we had booked 3 rooms so it took him some going back and forth several times 5. I would suggest , opening a small market to sell essentials and snacks as the resort location is far from any market6. No spa

Swimming pool was small but unique and got nice view.

Closet space was way too small and no place to store our luggage. The room was 2nd floor and wasn’t aware if it. Outdoor hot tub wasn’t clean,, lots of live and dead bugs, yet no Korean sauna option. Also It was difficult to adjust water temperature.

I loved the huge room, the outdoor jacuzzi and the patio facing the rock garden, but the biggest highlight was the 100 inch TV which made us feel like we were in a movie theatre.

Many amenities had to be paid separately. The location of the facility is far from all the island attractions.

I like the service staff provided. The hotel looks great and have a magnificent view.

The location is perfect with a car. However, if the staff provided the spa before we arrived that would be great. As it took 30minutes to prepare the spa. And the spa doesn’t look clean as it is outside

Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. I wish I could’ve given him a bigger thank you than what I did

First of all, location is absolutely stunning, the vistas and overall look of the hotel and its main building is like from James Bond movie, lot of artworks - one of the most stylish places I have been to.

- whole resort is non smoking, room above us was smoking constantly and even when we noticed staff, they did nothing about it - imagine paying $300 for night in the forest to be not able to open window or use outside tub or terrace because you feel like look in a pub,- room cleaning was inconsistent, one time we did not have beds made up, other time coffee was missing,- but now the worst thing, first night I found centipede on my bed, like big scary one, the one that can bite you - the more googled about it, the worst it got. I know that we are in the forest but this was too much, rest of the nights I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep,- fireplace not working,- lot of other small details

Calm hotel outside of Jeju city

Costly hotel, and then they do not provide proper dinner service. Instead, you need to pay for a taxi to go down to the city. The room was dirty, and it took them 90 minutes to provide a replacement. Can not organise taxis on time - happened 2x Laundry was for 3 pieces 124.000 K-won - overly expensiveNo common sense for what customers need.

Everything is perfect! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are quite new and with good qualities. Nice view in the mountains.

We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but the hotel gave us a voucher which we used on room service. The food was lovely and portion sizes were huge!The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room itself was larger than we expected and had everything we needed - there was a balcony that surrounded the whole apartment with views of the city and nearby horses - which would have been lovely to sit out on if it was warmer. Wifi was good. Location was good - we were close to the mountain road and Jeju City. Took about half an hour to drive back to the airport on our last day.

We think that housekeeping may of accidently taken the voucher when we were out for the day. We left it on the table and hadn't expected them to come in, as it was only a 2 night stay (there was a sign that said they didn't come in for shorter stays). It wasn't there when we came back.When we explained at the front desk on check out - it was all resolved and ok.

Everything is top notch. The room are incredibly comfortable and provided with state of the art equipment. The views are peaceful and beautiful. The staff very professional.

There should be some more affordable food options. The sauna is not well conceived and not hot enough.

The breakfast buffet was of good quality. There was a slight incident with the porridge, but the staff were on point with taking care of the matter. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the salad dishes. The Korean side dishes were delicious.

There was no convenience facility on site. The nearest one was a 45 minute walk downhill. The staff were kind enough to pick us up and drive us back so that we wouldn't be late for our dinner reservation. There was also still a lot of construction going. The location is slightly uncomfortable to get around if you are not driving.

very unusual set up, the main building is very impressive but then the room is like a holiday let about 600m up the hill? so if it’s raining your going to get wet going to the rest bar or pool. I think it will be ok when it’s finished, but far to expensive not value for money at all.
